Cancellation Policy :
The Sea Breeze Lodge B&B cancellation policy is as follow:
Our policy:
- A deposit of the first night in full will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation.
- If you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit in full.
Cancellations must be made by E-mail only! Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted.
- Cancellations received within 7 days before the arrival date will unfortunately result in the forfeit of
the deposit in full as it may not be possible for us to fill the room(s) at such short notice and we may
have already turned business away.
- Any modification or alteration is subject to availability only but not accepted 3 days before arrival date.
- In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a further charge of one night will apply.
We strongly recommend that all guests have suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Check-In time is strictly between 2 PM and 8 PM. Check out: 11.30 AM
- Breakfast is served from 8.30 AM to 10 AM
- No children under the age of 6 please.
