Galway b&b Cancellation policy at Sea Breeze Lodge Bed and breakfast, Galway, Ireland

- A deposit of the first night in full will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation.

- If you cancel up to 10 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit in full.
Cancellations must be made by E-mail only! Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted.

- Cancellations received within 10 days before the arrival date will unfortunately result in the forfeit of the deposit in full as it may not be possible for us to fill the room(s) at such short notice and we may have already turned business away.
- Any modification or alteration received within 10 days before the arrival date will not be accepted.

- In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a further charge of one night will apply.

- Check-In time is strictly between 1 P.M and 8 P.M ( Unless previously agreed at least 36 hours in advance ).

- We own 2 guest houses in the very same location/address and both are called " Sea Breeze Lodge ". Both are overlooking beautiful Galway Bay and are of the exact same standard. Your room(s) will be allocated upon arrival depending on the type of room(s) you reserve. If more than one room is reserved at the same time it will be considered as a group booking and the rooms will definitely be allocated in the same property unless previously agreed.
